A studio for expats should be both practical and at the same time give a sense of home to people who are often away from home for long periods of time.
The starting point was the dark robust kitchen and oak parquet, to which we added accents in dark green and ochre. To save space, we chose a beautiful L-shaped sofa and a round dining table. Custom blackout curtains and affordable, atmospheric lighting from Lucide brings some elegance inside.
The smallest details were thought of: from the soap dispenser in the toilet to the coffee spoons in the kitchen to the cleaning utensils in the storage room, everything is provided for a carefree stay.
The end result is a rent-ready studio that combines functionality and masculine elegance.
