In this newly built studio in Ostend, the client chose a rectangular table and four chairs from Emu. The originally light oak table was itself stained the same color as the cabinets.
In the living area there is a sofa bed-sofa, which provides a comfortable place to sit and sleep, while serving as a storage area for bedding. Lucide lamps were chosen for the lighting, which enhance the modern look of the studio.
The fully equipped kitchen exudes style, with carefully chosen wall tiles that harmonize with the carpet as well as both the accent wall in the living room and the bedroom. The colors and color combinations are based on a pre-composed mood board.
The custom cabinet in the bedroom was installed by the client himself. The bed is a box spring and mattress with separately encapsulated pocket springs, ideal for rental. The carpet in the bedroom is a custom cut section of the carpet from the living room.
This project is a great example of how to smartly decorate a small space without sacrificing style.
